Wine and Food Boxes
This series of particular boxes for bottles have been produced using the staves from old wood wine barrels.
In order to arrive to the finish product, the production takes place in the following phases:
Firstly we cut the staves in half, where there are normally curved, secondly we remove the outside dirt of the stave and the residues of the wine from the inside. At this point we transform the section of the staves in boards of 1,2 centimeters which are then planned to the right thickness to obtain identical boards of 1 centimeters. Now we assemble the boxes taking special care in choosing the most beautiful and characteristic boards.
